Fieldwork Department
Internet Marketing Research Company maintains a Russia-wide Field Department, managed from its Moscow office. The field team also employs ten full-time managers in Moscow, with dozens of others across the regions of Russia.
Our hundreds of carefully selected and trained interviewers are placed into separate teams that handle:

Additionally, we employ several physicians and other specialists for specialized or executive-level projects.
Our Approach
We believe that the process of improving the quality of fieldwork is continuous. To this end our dedication extends down to the supervisory and interviewer levels where regular training sessions are held to ensure that quality standards are understood and adhered to.
Training sessions and pre-tests are held for every individual project. These include practice interviews, in which clients are actively encouraged to participate. Quality is further ensured by a separate team of monitors who back-check each interviewer’s work. The results of this review are reported directly to the directors of Internet Marketing Research Company

The selection of the proper sample – be it a discussion of a multi-stage stratified cluster design or the use of a respondent selection table – is critical to the success of any project.
